Finance Intern

Responsibilities

• Review and process supplier invoices, verifying accuracy against purchase orders and payment terms
• Manage timely and accurate processing of invoices and payroll while ensuring proper documentation and authorization
• Maintain financial records and transaction history using ERP systems
• Prepare account reconciliations, financial reports, and documentation for audits
• Oversee vendor registration processes and maintain an up-to-date vendor database
• Support cash pooling operations to optimize liquidity management
• Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes
• Prepare reporting and documentation as requested by headquarters to support decision-making

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a business-related field
• Must live in the Atlanta, GA area during the internship
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
• High attention to detail and a desire to work autonomously
