Finance Intern

Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all entries posted
• Prepare Creditor Reconciliation
• Manage outstanding invoices and month-end Accounts Payable closing
• Ensure withholding tax payments are completed within one week of payment date
• Handle monthly submissions and payments before due dates
• Liaise with banks regarding payment issues
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors on Accounts Payable matters
• Perform other adhoc tasks

Requirements

• Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Understanding of profit and loss impact
• High proficiency in MS Excel, specifically VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables
• Good time management and attention to detail
• Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays
