Finance Intern

Responsibilities

• Support financial reporting and analysis for Manufacturing, Quality, Material Planning, and Logistics
• Build and maintain production-focused financial models for labor costs, inventory movements, and freight/logistics
• Develop standardized tracking tools and templates to improve monthly close, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Identify manual, spreadsheet-heavy workflows and help design scalable, automated solutions
• Improve data integrity across NetSuite, Google Sheets, and NSAW dashboards
• Assist with building dashboards and KPIs to enable faster decision-making for production leaders
• Reconcile operational data with financial reporting outputs and support cost-of-goods-sold analysis

Requirements

• Enrolled in a Bachelor's program in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field; MBA or related Master's preferred
• US work authorized or eligible for J-1/F-1 visa
• Strong interest in manufacturing, operations, and data-driven problem solving
• Comfortable working with data in Google Sheets or Excel; Python knowledge is highly desirable
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Self-starter mentality with ability to thrive independently in a fast-paced startup environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior internship or work experience in finance, analytics, operations, or engineering
