Finance Intern

About the Company

Etched is building hardware for frontier intelligence. We co-design chips, racks, software, and manufacturing to deliver best-in-class throughput and latency across both prefill and decode workloads. Our first products are heavily focused on inference.

Responsibilities

• Tackle strategic financial challenges and execute on day-to-day finance operations
• Drive financial models in close collaboration with the executive team
• Assist with purchase orders and accounts payable
• Support FP&A, accounting operations, vendor payments, and pricing/unit economics modeling

Requirements

• Previous internship experience in consulting, banking, or early startup environments
• Understanding of cash flow management, bank reconciliation, and bookkeeping
• Track record of excellent project management and data analysis skills
• Willingness to perform a broad set of finance, accounting, and operations work
• Proficiency with Excel/Sheets or basic financial modeling

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical curiosity in computer science, electrical engineering, AI, or related fields
• Deep interest in the AI ecosystem and emerging trends
• Interest in startup finance including equity, cap tables, and fundraising
