Finance Intern

Responsibilities

• Assist with accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliation, foreign exchange closing, and cash flow activities
• Support the recording and clearing of receipts within the financial system
• Monitor various payment channels to ensure correct system entries
• Support delinquency monitoring and aging control
• Assist in issuing and sending invoices, slips, and supporting documents to customers
• Support customer contact for payment confirmation and discrepancy resolution
• Help organize documentation for audits and internal controls
• Assist in collecting export documentation (DUE) for foreign exchange closing with banks
• Support credit analysis for customers in accordance with internal policies
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures, credit policies, and treasury guidelines

Requirements

• Currently studying Administration or related courses
• From the 4th semester onwards
• Knowledge of Excel and the Microsoft Office suite
• Basic English skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP systems
• Experience with Concur
