Finance Intern

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) tasks, including data entry and invoice matching
• Perform weekly and monthly bank, credit card, and platform reconciliations
• Support month-end closing processes by preparing journal entries and gathering documentation
• Maintain financial databases and assist in preparing data for management reports and KPI tracking
• Identify process inefficiencies and help draft internal finance procedure documentation
• Provide general administrative support and organize files for audit readiness

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables)
• Familiarity with basic accounting principles
• Fluency in French and English (written and spoken)
• Highly organized and attentive to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous exposure to accounting software or ERPs
• Working knowledge of German
