Finance Intern

Responsibilities

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities
• Assist in financial analysis, variance analysis (Actual vs Budget/Forecast), and management report preparation
• Support business planning and forecasting processes, including data preparation and scenario analysis
• Assist in monitoring cost development, productivity, and cost center controlling
• Support cash flow and Net Working Capital monitoring (AR, AP, inventory)
• Prepare ad-hoc analyses and presentations for management decision-making
• Support internal control activities and compliance with group policies and local regulations
• Assist with documentation required for internal and external audits
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect and validate financial data
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in finance processes and tools

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor or Master program in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Economics
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with high attention to detail
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles (IFRS knowledge is a plus)
• Advanced Excel skills and high IT affinity; SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Fluent in English and Korean
• Proactive, reliable, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
