Finance IFRS Specialist

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly closing activities, including financial reporting, accruals, and submissions.
• Maintain accurate accounting records for both Lead Market and Distributor markets.
• Manage IFRS adjustments and ensure compliance with corporate standards.
• Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations.
• Support IFRS-related filings in line with company policies and local requirements.
• Participate in and lead RTR-related audit activities.
• Prepare commentary for quarterly certification processes and support sign-offs.
• Act as a control owner to ensure SOX compliance and implement control improvements.
• Collaborate with CoE teams, controllers, tax, and finance teams to improve processes.
• Drive continuous improvement and enhance efficiency across accounting activities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in finance or accounting, ideally within a multinational environment.
• Degree or diploma in Finance/Accounting and a professional accounting certification.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS standards and accounting systems.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Very good written and spoken English.
• Strong collaboration skills and experience working in a multicultural environment.
