Finance Head - Division Chassis Solutions AP

Responsibilities

• Drive business excellence for profitability, cash flow, and strategic decisions across the Asia Pacific region for the Chassis Solutions Division.
• Challenge and steer business units and plants through operational analysis to secure project, product, and customer results.
• Coordinate OP/SP and Forecast processes, including planning, reporting, and management reviews.
• Act as the single point of contact regarding financials for the Head of Division Asia Pacific.
• Serve as a strategic sparring partner and decision-making support for Business Unit Heads in AP.
• Manage investment controlling for factory RUs and projects.
• Lead and develop regional team members, including Business Unit Controllers, Operation Controllers, and Hub Controllers.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Business, Factory, or Controlling activities.
• Experience in the auto parts industry is preferred.
• Strong management and leadership experience with the ability to develop team members.
• Excellent intercultural capabilities and ability to work in a global environment.
• Fluency in English.
• Strong communication and mediation skills to manage various internal and external interfaces.
• Flexibility in handling complex analytics, concepts, and organizational processes.
