Finance Graduate

Responsibilities

• Participate in the daily work of the controlling team
• Monitor and challenge marketing spend
• Draft plans, construct budgets, and track trends for marketing investments in collaboration with Marketing and Commercial teams
• Lead monthly landing meetings with brand teams
• Ensure marketing planning tools are updated in line with the budget
• Identify and react quickly to financial risks and opportunities
• Engage with the Nordic Finance community to share ideas and best practices

Requirements

• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration (graduated within the past year)
• Strong analytical mindset with a passion for processing data
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and an advanced user of Excel
• Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably SAP, is an advantage
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
• Strong organizational, coordination, and time management skills
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
