About the role

Responsibilities

  • Perform advanced financial analysis, feasibility studies, and specialized reporting to evaluate strategic initiatives and projects.
  • Develop medium and long-term financial models, forecasts, and projections to support institutional sustainability and financial planning.
  • Review economic assessments and feasibility studies to ensure alignment with governance standards and organizational policies.
  • Provide technical and advisory support to the CFO regarding investment strategies, large-scale initiatives, and capital allocation.
  • Analyze financial and operational risks, providing mitigation plans and corrective actions for identified variances.
  • Support revenue enhancement initiatives, expenditure rationalization, and the development of pricing mechanisms.
  • Manage and evaluate Public-Private Partnership (PPP) projects and investment opportunities.
  • Contribute to the development of financial policies, internal controls, and digital transformation initiatives within the finance function.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 12 years of professional experience (with a Master's degree) or 14 years of experience (with a Bachelor's degree).
  • Professional certification is required: CPA, ACCA, CA, CFA (Level 3), or CMA.
  • Proven expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting.
  • Extensive experience in managing Public-Private Partnership (PPP) projects.
  • Strong understanding of risk management, governance frameworks, and regulatory compliance.
  • Proficiency in conducting commercial feasibility studies and strategic revenue analysis.
