About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end support for bank reconciliation, ensuring timely and accurate matching of receipts with bank statements
- Monitor and track down payments in bank accounts within defined SLA and TAT
- Verify and confirm payments for non-medallion accounts in coordination with Regional Accountants
- Support the invoicing team by validating refunds and resolving payment-related queries
- Independently verify customer deposits with banks to ensure amounts are correctly deposited and reflected in company bank statements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics or a related field
- 1+ years of experience in an invoicing team or finance-related roles
- Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and Dashboards
- Experience with data transformation and extraction tools
- Basic understanding of accounting and financial reporting
