Finance Executive

Responsibilities

• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation of commissions earned versus commissions payable
• Validate commission calculations against contracts, agreements, and specific commission structures
• Reconcile commission reports with sales, CRM, ERP, and payment systems
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in commission calculations and payments
• Ensure commission payouts are processed accurately and within agreed timelines
• Prepare commission accruals and support month-end closing activities
• Generate periodic commission reports for management review and provide process improvement insights

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field
• 2–5 years of experience in finance, accounting, reconciliation, or commission management
• Proven experience handling large-volume transaction reconciliations
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, Power Query)
• Strong knowledge of reconciliation processes and accounting principles

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in fintech, banking, insurance, brokerage, or affiliate marketing environments
• Familiarity with CRM systems and specialized commission management tools
