Finance Executive

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and timely monthly financial statements for the Hong Kong entity in collaboration with UK and China teams
• Support month-end closing, year-end tax filing, and financial audits
• Manage company secretarial functions and maintain statutory records for the Hong Kong company
• Review and process company payment requests
• Handle invoicing and payment tracking for China outbound business
• Assist the mainland China finance team with payment applications
• Provide ad-hoc support for finance-related, administrative, or HR tasks

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
• Professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) preferred
• 2-3+ years of relevant experience, preferably in small to medium-sized companies
• Strong understanding of HKFRS and local accounting regulations
• Essential experience with company secretarial functions
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
