Finance Executive

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze monthly management reports
• Deliver financial reporting in accordance with internal policies and regulations
• Analyze financial data to evaluate company performance
• Manage daily cash balances and ensure adequate cash flow
• Maintain the company accounts system
• Supervise and oversee junior staff members
• Arrange and complete yearly tax filings, financial audits, and reviews
• Recommend and maintain internal control policies and procedures
• Assist in ad hoc accounting projects as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 2–4 years of experience as a General Accountant or similar role
• Strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Proficiency in English (written and verbal)
