Finance Executive

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee financial operations including accounting, taxation, compliance, payroll, and financial reporting
• Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing
• Prepare financial statements, manage cash, and perform bank and balance sheet reconciliations
• Manage tax filings and ensure statutory compliance
• Coordinate audits and finalize annual financial reports
• Perform budgeting and data analysis

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in accounting and finance
• 3+ years in a sales-driven or service-based organization
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and Indian statutory compliances (GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, PT, and Income Tax)
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks, ZOHO, or ERP systems
• Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA/M.Com in Accounting or Finance
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook Express

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience handling service exports and offshore accounting
• Knowledge of insurance policy negotiations and loss control measures
• Ability to maintain professional banking relationships and manage credit lines
