Finance Executive (Accounts Receivable)

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounts receivable processes including invoicing, collections, and customer account reconciliations
• Ensure timely and accurate recording of AR transactions in the general ledger
• Prepare and issue invoices, debit notes, credit notes, and customer statements
• Monitor outstanding receivables and proactively follow up on overdue accounts
• Reconcile customer accounts and investigate discrepancies or disputes
• Support month-end closing activities related to revenue recognition and accruals
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax requirements, and company policies
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and customers to resolve billing or payment issues
• Assist in internal and external audits by preparing AR schedules
• Support cash flow management by providing updates on collection status and aging reports
• Proactively support automation and process improvements within AR workflows

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Professional qualification in Finance, Accountancy, or Banking
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts receivable, accounting, or finance operations
• Strong understanding of billing processes, collections, and revenue-related accounting
• High accuracy in financial reporting and reconciliations
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Hands-on experience in month-end closing and AR operations
• Comfortable with flexible working hours and Agile ways of working

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in Big 4 audit firms
