Finance Executive

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial transactions, statements, and reports to identify trends and cost efficiency opportunities
• Prepare comprehensive financial reports and actionable recommendations for senior leadership
• Manage accounts receivable and payable functions, including transaction processing and collection investigation
• Develop and recommend operating policies and best practices for the finance department
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve financial problems
• Conduct credit policy reviews and make recommendations regarding credit decisions and write-offs
• Monitor compliance with accounting standards, regulatory changes, and organizational policies
• Support budget planning, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Identify and assess financial risks and implement mitigation strategies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in finance or accounting operations
• Proficiency in accounting principles and financial analysis
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including financial modeling and pivot tables
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Tally
• Expertise in accounts receivable, accounts payable, or general ledger management
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of financial risk assessment and internal control frameworks
• Professional certification such as CA (Chartered Accountant) or CPA
