Responsibilities
- Translate customer workflows and frustrations into structured, prioritized product feedback
- Own the full implementation lifecycle from initial scoping to go-live
- Act as the primary post-sale point of contact for timelines and escalations
- Partner closely with engineering and product teams to manage emerging modules and edge cases
- Develop and document implementation playbooks and processes
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Big 4 accounting or a technical implementation role
- Deep understanding of finance processes, reconciliation workflows, and month-end close
- Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle
- Proven track record of owning the full arc of customer implementations
- Ability to synthesize customer feedback into actionable product signals
- Strong executive presence and relationship management skills
