Finance Director

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end P&L, Balance Sheet, and cash flow for statutory and management books
• Lead the estimating and planning processes, including Annual Plans and Rolling Forecasts
• Partner with Market General Managers and Leadership Teams to identify and unlock growth opportunities in innovation and digital commerce
• Implement strategic projects such as Go-To-Market (GTM) and strategic portfolio management
• Drive investment efficiency across trade, A&P, and gross margin management
• Collaborate with regional stakeholders to ensure E2E financial performance delivery across the SEAT Cluster and APAC OU
• Serve as a member of the SEAT finance leadership team to drive performance management and culture deployment

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and/or a professional finance qualification (e.g., ACCA, ACA, CIMA, CPA)
• Proven experience working within a finance function, specifically providing financial partnership to business units
• Demonstrated expertise in financial analysis, evaluation, forecasting, and strategic planning
• Direct experience utilizing financial software and systems

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA in Management, Finance, or Accounting
• Strong background in analytics and complex data interpretation
• Advanced problem-solving skills
• Experience managing or working with global teams and international stakeholders
• Ability to communicate legal, financial, and ethical interpretations of industry-regulated principles
