Finance Director - Global Immunology

Responsibilities

• Act as the finance voice for the Global Immunology Franchise, partnering with New Product Planning, R&D, Business Development, and Supply Chain.
• Lead the Global Controlling & Reporting process, including P&L management, headcount, investments, and resource allocation.
• Provide Launch Excellence financial support for new assets, including launch preparation, governance, and execution monitoring.
• Drive the Global Strategic Planning process for the Therapeutic Area, managing key investments and interacting with Sanofi Group Strategy.
• Monitor forecast performance against external consensus and support Investor Relations for quarterly earnings calls.
• Prepare and present strategic investment analyses for the Sanofi Leadership team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a closely related field.
• 10+ years of professional business experience in Finance or Accounting.
• 2+ years of experience in Business Partnering to commercial teams.
• Advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, V-lookups).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Ability to work effectively within a highly matrixed and transversal environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance, an MBA, or a degree in the Sciences.
• Working knowledge of BOOST TM1 and ThinkCell.
• Global or international professional experience.
• Experience working with diverse, multi-functional teams.
