Finance Director

Responsibilities

• Oversee subsidiary month end submissions and consolidation adjustments
• Prepare group variance analysis and reporting papers for Executive management and Permira
• Champion group reporting through Prophix
• Oversee preparation of UK GAAP compliant financial statements and assist with IFRS financial statements
• Consolidate group budget/forecast submissions and prepare management/board slides
• Support Group Finance Director in optimizing cash yields and hedging foreign currency/interest risk
• Oversee debt covenant compliance and banking compliance
• Support pre and post-acquisition activities and cost control across SG&A
• Assist in drafting Audit Committee and Board papers
• Support the learning and development of the Group Reporting team

Requirements

• ACA or ACCA qualified
• 7-10 years PQE
• Top ten audit experience
• Knowledge of IFRS statutory accounts and disclosures
• Industry consolidation and reporting experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Prophix system experience
• Sage X3 system experience
