Finance Director

Responsibilities

• Advise executive management on financial strategy, profitability, pricing, and cost optimization
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling
• Manage cash flow, liquidity, banking operations, and treasury coordination
• Oversee general ledger operations, inventory valuation, COGS validation, and margin analysis
• Supervise VAT, Corporate Tax, and overall financial compliance
• Conduct financial reviews of contracts and support CAPEX reviews and project monitoring
• Manage fixed asset capitalization, depreciation, and reporting

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting (CPA, ACCA, CMA, or Master's preferred)
• Minimum 10 years of finance experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
• Strong manufacturing industry experience with expertise in production costing and inventory valuation
• Hands-on SAP ERP proficiency
• Proven experience leading finance teams and managing end-to-end finance operations
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, treasury, governance, and tax compliance
