Finance Director

Responsibilities

• Oversee preparation of monthly management accounts and board reporting
• Ensure accurate financial reporting and statutory compliance
• Manage cash flow forecasting, working capital, and treasury activities
• Maintain robust financial controls, policies, and governance frameworks
• Lead Corporation Tax planning, calculations, and forecasting
• Oversee day-to-day running of the finance function and transactional activities
• Lead finance projects, system implementations, and process redesign
• Act as primary finance contact for auditors, banks, and external stakeholders

Requirements

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
• Previous experience in senior finance leadership
• Strong technical accounting and financial management expertise
• Proven track record of leading finance teams and managing operations
• Experience delivering finance projects and process improvements

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting international business expansion
• Knowledge of US tax, regulatory, and reporting requirements
