Finance Director

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning and analysis, including the development of forecasts, budgets, and financial models
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting to ensure transparency in financial performance
• Oversee budget control, tracking performance, and managing deviations
• Identify financial risks and implement appropriate risk management and compliance measures
• Lead and develop the finance team while creating efficient processes and structures
• Act as a strategic business partner to management, providing actionable financial insights
• Drive the development of the finance system landscape and promote automation and efficiency

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Controlling, or a related field
• Several years of professional experience in a Finance or Controlling environment
• C2 German proficiency and fluency in English
• Strong analytical skills and a high affinity for numbers
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a solution-oriented approach
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and DATEV
