Finance Digitalization Expert

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted finance business partner, providing guidance on pricing, financial performance, and process-related topics
• Deliver financial analyses, forecasts, and business scenarios to support strategic decision-making
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, and SAP data
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities by analyzing financial and operational data to provide actionable recommendations
• Drive the automation and digitalization of finance processes by identifying improvement opportunities and implementing digital solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, IT, and Operations, to enhance data quality and streamline processes

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Data Science, or a related field
• Professional experience in finance, controlling, business analysis, or finance business partnering
• Strong expertise in financial analysis, planning, budgeting, and forecasting
• Hands-on experience with SAP, Power BI, Tableau, and other business intelligence or analytics tools
• Proven experience in process improvement, automation, and digitalization initiatives
• Excellent analytical and communication skills with fluency in both German and English
