Responsibilities
- Coordinate, monitor, and support financial processes for the Business Assurance area
- Manage Billing, Accounts Payable, and Collections processes
- Ensure correct and timely execution of operational activities and compliance with global financial standards
- Act as a key connection between operational teams, business areas, and stakeholders
- Support process performance, incident resolution, and continuous improvement
- Analyze financial and operational performance indicators
Requirements
- Professional degree in Finance, Public Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
- 3 to 5 years of experience in financial operations (Billing, AP, Collections, or Financial Analysis)
- Experience coordinating financial processes and managing stakeholders
- Experience in data analysis, reporting, and KPI management
- Experience in continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives
- English proficiency level B2 or C1
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Shared Services (GBS) or multinational companies
- Experience working with regional or global teams
