Finance Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Provide financial leadership to Global Supply Chain teams, specifically focusing on Global Make and Quality.
• Act as a business partner for people budgeting and strategic project execution.
• Drive financial modeling for manufacturing, quality, and transformation projects, as well as Long Range Financial Plans.
• Lead financial planning processes, including reviewing spending forecasts and ensuring alignment across the organization.
• Manage closing activities for global cost centers in collaboration with Global FP&A, Tax, and Accounting.
• Partner with business leaders to monitor annual budgets and ensure cost-effective management.
• Execute strategic projects as a dedicated finance partner.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Administration, Economics, or Engineering.
• Fluency in English.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven experience in business partnering.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and navigate complex issues.
• Ability to work autonomously while maintaining effective communication with team members.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in Supply Chain Finance roles.
