Finance Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Manage a pipeline of sales/finance deals
• Administer and monitor factory-sponsored programs
• Ensure all deals are booked out accurately without misrepresenting equipment
• Review declined deals and collaborate with the Sales Department to resolve them
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information
• Generate new lenders and maintain strong lender relations
• Maintain a lender guide of current programs and maintain working knowledge of them
• Coordinate and communicate updates effectively with leadership and sales teams
• Process, sell, and grow finance-related sales including Extended Warranty and Physical Damage Insurance

Requirements

• Experience managing a sales/finance pipeline or a degree in business, sales, or a related field
• Exceptional relationship-building, organizational, and communication skills
• High sense of urgency, problem-solving, and planning abilities
• Ability to work flexible hours during peak cyclical periods
• Commitment to safety rules and training
• Driven by goal achievement and growth

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven track record for achieving sales goals
• Back-office finance experience
