Finance Controls Business Process Expert

Responsibilities

• Design, govern, and continuously improve financial risk and controls within the Record to Decision process.
• Partner with Business Process Owners to define future end-to-end process visions and roadmaps.
• Ensure high-quality, well-controlled, and user-centric processes are created during enterprise transformation.
• Drive the transition from current to future states through disciplined execution and strong governance.
• Develop Global Standard Operating Procedures and "How to Guide" materials to achieve standardization.
• Facilitate workshops to gather input and refine process designs in partnership with functional teams.
• Collaborate with the business change team to support successful adoption and benefit realization.
• Manage interim operating states to ensure business continuity during transformation phases.

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant experience in finance controls or business process management.
• Proven experience working within complex, global organizations (Consumer Health or FMCG preferred).
• Deep expertise in financial risk and controls, specifically within the Record to Decision process.
• Strong knowledge of SOX requirements and Internal Controls Frameworks.
• Advanced analytical skills with the ability to identify process inefficiencies and workflow patterns.
• Strong project management skills to plan and execute process improvement initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills to drive change across functions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA.
