Finance Controlling Principal

Responsibilities

• Drive the end-to-end finance cycle for Haleon Trading Services (HTS) legal entities, including forecasting, planning, and actuals reporting.
• Act as the single point of accountability for the integrity and accuracy of P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.
• Lead all planning and forecasting cycles to ensure accurate financial narratives and outlooks.
• Oversee statutory and management reporting, ensuring strict adherence to IFRS, Haleon policies, and local regulations.
• Ensure robust financial controls, stewardship, and compliance across the cluster and market.
• Partner with HTS Leadership and global functions including Group Control, Tax, and Treasury to drive strategic decisions.
• Lead and develop the HTS FPCRA team, fostering a strong controllership and insight-driven finance culture.
• Drive continuous improvement strategies and process standardization within the finance function.

Requirements

• Fully qualified ACA, CA, ACCA, or CIMA (internationally recognized).
• 12+ years of financial management experience.
• Proven experience as a Finance Controller.
• Strong team management experience, specifically leading teams of 15+ members.
• Extensive experience in global/corporate financial reporting within large organizations.
• Deep understanding of Intercompany Trade principles and Transfer Pricing.
• Solid knowledge of financial and logistic processes related to cross-border trade (VAT and Incoterms).
• Proficiency in SAP or working extensively within an SAP environment.
• Strong understanding of risk, controls, compliance, and SOX.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within the Supply Chain or FMCG industry.
• Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA.
• Demonstrated experience in project management and global process roll-outs.
• Ability to thrive in agile, fast-paced, and changing environments.
