Finance Controller

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning with insightful variance and scenario analysis
• Partner with leadership as a trusted advisor to drive strategic decisions and improve financial performance
• Ensure accurate, timely financial reporting with clear management insights and KPI tracking
• Drive cost control and profitability improvement through structured analysis and efficiency initiatives
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and liquidity in line with corporate treasury policies
• Ensure tax compliance and support tax planning to optimize efficiency and manage risks
• Maintain strong internal controls, ensure compliance, and support audits and risk mitigation
• Lead and develop the finance team, fostering high performance and strong business partnering capabilities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum 10 years of relevant finance experience, preferably in a multinational or complex organization
• Experience in business partnering, FP&A, treasury, or tax management
• Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Professional qualification (CFA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) is preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the auto parts industry with similar business sizes
