Finance Controller/Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of three to drive operational excellence and financial integrity for the Comms-Care division
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with US GAAP and company accounting policies
• Own statutory audit processes and manage relationships with external auditors and tax advisors
• Enhance the financial control environment and consult with the UK&I Head of Finance on technical matters
• Partner with FP&A to develop decision-driving financial reports and performance metrics
• Support regional and global finance queries and act as the primary escalation contact for financial matters
• Mentor and coach direct reports to foster a high-performance culture

Requirements

• Qualified Accountant (ACCA / ACA)
• Proven experience in Finance control roles
• Experience with SOX Compliance and Internal Controls
• Experience working within a US GAAP framework
• Knowledge of corporation tax and VAT
• Exposure to ERP implementations
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills
