Responsibilities

• Own core finance operations including accuracy, timeliness, and predictable closes
• Lead AOP preparation, rolling forecasts, and decision-oriented MIS
• Manage cash flows, receivables, payables, and working capital discipline
• Lead statutory and tax audits across India and the US
• Build and scale finance systems, controls, and automation to reduce manual intervention
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing finance team
• Partner with cross-functional leadership to provide finance oversight on business agreements

Requirements

• Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5-7+ years of post-qualification experience
• Proven experience in end-to-end ownership within fast-growing organisations
• Experience leading audits and statutory compliance independently
• Experience building and leading finance teams
• Strong analytical capability with advanced Excel skills
• Hands-on experience in process improvement, automation, or system implementations

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with multi-entity or multi-country structures (India-US)
• Strong working knowledge of Zoho Books and related finance tools
• Exposure to AOP ownership, forecasting, or cash planning in growth-stage organisations
