About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage accounting for the German and Swiss branches
- Prepare monthly profit and loss statements and balance sheets
- Support management with results review and analysis
- Maintain cash flow, bank reconciliations, and ledgers
- Ensure timely payroll processing and expense review
- Monitor receivables, forecasts, budgets, and commission statements
- Coordinate with tax advisors and improve finance processes
Requirements
- Fluent written and spoken German and English
- Certified accountant or similar qualification
- Experience with multi-currency systems
- Familiarity with ERP or finance automation tools
- Understanding of data protection, confidentiality, and governance
