Finance Controller

Responsibilities

• Manage MIS and business performance analyses to ensure business health and P&L objectives
• Support the development of Business Unit financial budgets relating to sales, materials, utilities, and costs
• Ensure compliance with credit policies for both receivables and payables to manage cash flow
• Establish adequate costing systems for materials, processes, and overheads to determine product pricing
• Establish end-to-end manufacturing and distribution profitability for each customer
• Partner with other functions and support corporate expansion projects and category development
• Oversee and support operational activities for the business units under the category

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant experience in an FMCG or manufacturing environment
• Chartered Accountant or equivalent accounting qualification
• MBA in Finance is preferred
• Experience with M&A projects is an advantage
