Finance Controller

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly financial closing activities, including balance sheet and trial balance reviews
• Prepare and circulate monthly MIS reports and procurement/operations decks for leadership
• Perform detailed variance analysis between actuals, budgets, and estimates
• Review inventory valuation, provisioning, and third-party manufacturing cost sheets
• Partner with SCM and Procurement to identify cost-saving opportunities and monitor savings funnels
• Support annual budgeting activities, including scenario analysis and budget reviews
• Handle audit requirements for Statutory, SOX, Cost, Stock, and Internal Audits
• Drive automation and digitalization initiatives to improve financial process efficiency
• Validate make-or-buy decisions through commercial and financial analysis

Requirements

• 4 to 6 years of relevant professional experience
• Professional certification such as ACCA, CMA, or Chartered Accountant (CA)
• Strong expertise in financial accounting and variance analysis
• Proven experience with budgeting and audit compliance (including SOX)
• Ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships across SCM, Sourcing, and Legal teams
