Finance Controller

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Manage full accounting operations including General Ledger, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, and Bank Reconciliations
• Lead annual budgeting, periodic forecasting, and variance analysis
• Ensure strict compliance with IFRS, UAE VAT, and local financial regulations
• Coordinate internal and external audits to ensure timely completion
• Develop and implement financial policies, internal controls, and risk management procedures
• Manage cash flow, treasury operations, and working capital
• Provide strategic financial analysis, KPIs, and management reports to senior leadership
• Lead, mentor, and manage the finance and accounting team

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce
• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification preferred
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive finance and accounting experience
• At least 5 years of UAE-based leadership experience in a Controller or Finance Manager role
• Deep understanding of IFRS and UAE VAT regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Zoho, or Odoo)
• Must be currently residing in the UAE

Benefits

• Monthly salary of AED 18,000 – 20,000 depending on experience
• Visa and other company benefits as per UAE Labour Law
