Finance Controller

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute P&L and Balance Sheet planning, Latest Best Estimate (LBE), and monthly reporting for CRM France, Belgium, and Luxembourg
• Act as a strategic business partner to the General Manager of France & Belux and regional commercial teams
• Manage, coach, and develop a finance team of 9 members
• Collaborate with commercial leadership to implement strategic pricing initiatives and drive sales growth
• Serve as the finance lead for large strategic initiatives, providing advisory support to senior management
• Identify and mitigate tactical and strategic risks through early assessment and mitigation strategies
• Provide data-driven insights to maximize financial results, including sales and margin optimization

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related business field
• 10+ years of progressive experience in Finance or Accounting
• Proven experience supporting a commercial organization within an affiliate structure
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong financial planning and analysis (FP&A) skills
• Native or fluent proficiency in both English and French
