About the role

Responsibilities

  • Process supplier invoices accurately and on time
  • Prepare supplier reconciliations and resolve discrepancies or queries promptly
  • Report account status and follow up on month-end invoices and statements
  • Reallocate tender errors in IQ, including cash and card transactions
  • Obtain and validate documentation for card sales and sundry transactions
  • Provide general finance and administrative support

Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in a finance role
  • Diploma in Bookkeeping or equivalent
  • Strong accounting knowledge
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
