About the role
Responsibilities
- Process supplier invoices accurately and on time
- Prepare supplier reconciliations and resolve discrepancies or queries promptly
- Report account status and follow up on month-end invoices and statements
- Reallocate tender errors in IQ, including cash and card transactions
- Obtain and validate documentation for card sales and sundry transactions
- Provide general finance and administrative support
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a finance role
- Diploma in Bookkeeping or equivalent
- Strong accounting knowledge
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
