Finance & Business Performance Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end financial reporting including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow
• Deliver accurate monthly reporting, variance analysis, and executive insights
• Analyse contract performance, margins, labour utilisation, and cost drivers to improve profitability
• Lead budgeting and rolling forecast cycles in partnership with operational leaders
• Act as a trusted advisor to site-based leaders, translating financial data into actionable operational steps
• Ensure compliance with financial policies, contract obligations, and internal controls
• Identify and mitigate financial and commercial risks

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
• CA, CPA, or CIMA qualification (or currently working towards it)
• Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
• Strong commercial acumen and analytical capability
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial systems
• Ability to engage, challenge, and influence non-financial stakeholders
• Willingness to travel to site to understand operations and people

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in resources, facilities management, or contract-based environments
• Exposure to multi-site or remote operations
• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau
