Finance & Business Performance Analyst

Responsibilities

• Prepare advanced Excel reports for management, including employee performance, company-level financial dashboards, and monthly trend reports.
• Design and maintain Power BI dashboards covering company, manager, team, and partner performance with drill-down capabilities.
• Analyze employee, team, and office performance against targets, including net deposit contribution and withdrawal leakage.
• Evaluate IB and partner performance using metrics such as ROI, net revenue, commissions, and client churn.
• Support finance and payment operations by tracking deposits/withdrawals and performing reconciliations between CRM, bank, and PSP records.
• Maintain data quality by cleaning raw exports and building automated data refresh processes.

Requirements

• Advanced Excel skills including Power Query, Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, and dynamic arrays.
• Strong Power BI expertise covering DAX, data modeling, relationships, and dashboard design.
• Proven experience in financial and business performance analysis.
• Ability to reconcile complex payment data, deposits, withdrawals, and commissions.
• Deep understanding of KPIs such as ROI, FTD, net deposit, revenue, and churn.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to explain complex numerical data simply to executive management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in financial services, fintech, brokerage, forex/CFD, or banking.
• Experience working with payment providers (PSPs), bank reconciliation, or cashier systems.
• Background in analyzing affiliate, IB, or commission-based business models.
• Experience building management-level dashboards for CEOs and operations teams.
