Finance Business Partner - Tech Development and Investments

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic finance business partner to the CIO and top level Technology leadership
• Provide financial guidance to shape IT strategy and enable data-driven decisions
• Co-develop and refine investment prioritization and capital allocation frameworks
• Lead the development of robust business cases for high-impact initiatives
• Own technology cost and investment reporting across the function
• Ensure accurate, transparent, and IFRS-compliant financial reporting
• Monitor budgets and investment performance

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in Controlling, Finance, or a similar role
• Strong analytical capabilities and business-oriented mindset
• Affinity with digital business models or eCommerce environments
• Confident communicator able to engage with senior stakeholders
• Solid understanding of IFRS, particularly CapEx vs. OpEx distinctions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment
