Finance Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Drive budget planning, forecasting, and performance tracking for assigned business areas to ensure alignment with strategic priorities
• Act as a trusted advisor to Product & Technology leaders, providing actionable reporting and data-driven insights
• Develop and own the full cost-side annual budget and rolling forecast processes, including G&A, OPEX, and COS
• Monitor and analyze operating costs and investment efficiency, recommending actions for cost optimization
• Track and optimize player-acquisition spend, including CPA, affiliate commissions, and media buying, using ROI frameworks
• Partner cross-functionally with marketing, product, compliance, operations, and tech teams to align cost insights with business objectives
• Evaluate and prioritize capital expenditure (CAPEX) requests to ensure clear payback and margin accretion

Requirements

• 3+ years of independent work experience in a Finance, Business Partnering, or Performance role
• Strong expertise in financial modeling, zero-based budgeting, variance analysis, and forecasting
• Proven ability in financial reporting with a focus on margin protection and EBITDA maximization
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex financials for non-finance partners
• Experience leveraging data to create business insights and drive performance improvements
• Strong analytical thinking and a systematic approach to problem-solving
• Experience with BIG4 or a similar consulting background is a plus
