Finance Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic business partner to Leadership and department heads, delivering data-driven analyses and impactful recommendations.
• Track, analyze, and forecast key business and financial KPIs to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Lead quarterly forecasting and budget planning processes in partnership with department leaders.
• Support commercial decisions, including pricing, deal reviews, and investment cases, through robust financial modeling.
• Drive process improvements across forecasting, reporting, and business partnering activities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Commercial, Ops, and Product teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, private equity, venture capital, investment banking, or management consulting.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with SQL and large data models.
• Strong financial modeling expertise and experience managing P&Ls, forecasts, and headcount plans.
• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate complex numbers into a clear narrative.
• Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders and executive leadership.
• A collaborative mindset and a self-starter attitude with a focus on driving impact.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within a SaaS or Agency environment.
