Finance Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and timely financial analysis and reporting to ensure alignment with corporate objectives
• Maintain legal responsibility for all finance matters within scope, including financial statement preparation
• Serve as a trusted business partner to operational management, providing insights to drive optimal decision-making
• Lead the development and maintenance of entity forecasts, including Budgets, Trends, and Long Range Plans
• Oversee reporting, accounting, financial systems, treasury, and tax functions within the designated perimeter
• Lead, develop, and manage the finance team to foster professional growth and high performance

Requirements

• Advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Proven experience in senior finance roles with business partnering responsibilities
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Knowledge of international accounting standards and regulatory requirements
