Finance Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Support monthly financial cycles, including collaboration with Accounting at month-end and quarter-end
• Review important financial metrics with senior leadership
• Lead cross-functional projects with Safety ops team on cost efficiencies and new product introductions
• Support business decisions by surfacing spending trends and developing ROI analysis for strategic initiatives
• Develop a long-range 5-year model for customer support and moderation teams
• Collaborate with safety data science teams to develop operational metrics like ticket backlog and agent utilization
• Partner with Finance Data team to promote process efficiency and automation using analytics tools
• Manage projects across the FP&A team to create deliverables for finance and safety leadership

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in economics, finance, accounting, math, science, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in a finance-related or similar business role
• Advanced Excel skills for maintaining complex spreadsheets and analyzing data
• Experience creating financial and operational models
• Proficiency in PowerPoint for communicating recommendations
• Experience with SQL, Anaplan, Tableau, or other BI tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience working in a public company
