Finance Business Partner Pharma, HR & Finance Transformation

Responsibilities

• Own planning, forecasting, and reporting for Pharma Operations and Human Resources
• Deliver monthly performance analyses, variance reporting, and management presentations
• Analyze financial performance, operational KPIs, and cost drivers to drive business impact
• Act as a strategic sparring partner to the Head of HR and Executive Director Pharma Operations
• Develop business cases for strategic investments and transformation initiatives
• Implement and enhance the FP&A platform and drive automation through AI-driven solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
• 4–6 years of experience in FP&A, Business Controlling, or Financial Analysis
• Strong financial modelling and business case development skills
• Analytical mindset with ability to transform complex data into actionable insights
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with Power Query or Power Pivot
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
