Responsibilities

• Provide proactive financial sparring to Operations management regarding performance, profitability, and decision quality
• Prepare and validate CAPEX proposals, make-or-buy analyses, and footprint assessments
• Monitor capacity utilization, productivity, efficiency, and labor and overhead costs
• Drive harmonization, optimization, and financial transparency across Operations and Supply Chain processes
• Develop inventory processes, models, and working capital efficiency
• Ensure robust financial controls, compliance, and high data quality across Operations
• Analyze purchasing data and cost drivers to lead savings and value-creation initiatives

Requirements

• Experience in finance business partnering or operations controlling within a manufacturing, industrial, or project-driven environment
• Solid understanding of cost drivers, performance, and investments
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in economics, International Business, Controlling, or a similar field
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Ability to communicate financial insights practically and challenge the status quo

• Experience working at the intersection of manufacturing, supply chain, and finance
• Ability to build and strengthen robust processes and scalable ways of working
