Finance Business Partner Officer

Responsibilities

• Analyse the financial performance of departments and prepare relevant summaries, commentaries, and presentations
• Extract and summarise large amounts of financial data to support reporting and decision-making
• Generate and circulate monthly management reporting packs
• Consolidate operational data to prepare current estimates for full-year results
• Participate in the annual budget process, including data consolidation, presentation preparation, and posting budget journals
• Conduct regular analysis of Business KPIs for monthly reporting

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a financial analyst or in related financial systems and reporting
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with a strong emphasis on Excel
• Experience working with SAP and other accounting systems
• Fluent written and spoken English

Preferred Qualifications

• Working towards a professional finance qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CPA, or CIMA)
• Experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Proficiency in additional languages
